We're confident that you will love all of what Luxe House offers but we understand if you do not. All labels and tags must remain attached. Items must also be unwashed and free of any fragrance/odor, damages and soiling for a store credit to be issued. Bodysuits are exempt from returns. Refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY. Once we receive your items and review them we will send an email issuing the store credit. After 15 days of receipt, an item can no longer be refunded. In the event that your item arrives damaged, contact the Luxe House team as soon as possible.All items purchased during sales are considered a final sale. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
