Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, or editing the shipping address.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. If you haven’t please contact our customer service team.

The item I wanted says ‘Out of Stock’ Are you restocking?

Some items we will not restock. If an item is out of stock please sign up for email notifications and we’ll let you know when your item is back in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not. We can’t wait to service you in the future.

How long will my order take?

Once your order is successfully placed you will receive updates along with a tracking number.

I haven’t received my package but tracking number says delivered

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our shipping center. Please contact carrier directly to file a claim.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We do not at the time. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list so we can keep you in the know with all our new updates!

Returns questions

How do I return an item for refund?

Refunds will be issued as store credit. All labels and tags must remain attached for a store credit to be issued. Once we receive your items we will send an email issuing the store credit. After 15 days of receipt, an item can no longer be refunded.

I received the wrong item

We try our best to ensure that you get exactly what you ordered. However, mistakes happen. Please contact the customer service team if this happens, and we will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
